IWA Championship Wrestling (Reading) is proud to announce the George Huddleston & Rich Merchon Memorial Show. The show will be held on Saturday, August 14th with a bell time of 7:00 PM at The Silo Night Club, 2017 Bernville Road, Route 183, Reading, PA.

Wrestling fans on the East Coast will remember George and Rich as two members of the infamous Hat Guy Posse. George and Rich traveled all over the Tri-State area attending independent shows, supporting the wrestlers and often heckling both the heels and faces. Both gentlemen passed away within the past year and it is with great honor and pride that we honor their memories with this show.

An ECW legends match has already been signed to the show featuring “The Chair Swinging Freak” Balls Mahoney taking on “No Gimmicks Needed” Chris Candido who will be escorted to the ring by former Tammy Lynn “Sunny” Sytch.

Scheduled to make his first area appearance on an indy show is WWE superstar and Tough Enough trainer Al Snow.

Also appearing on the card are: Rapid Fire Maldonado, Psycho, Din Mak, Simply Luscious, Alere Little Feather, Luscious Lily, Mat Bomboy, Rebel’s Army (Rockin Rebel and Tough Enough Greg Matthews) plus many more.
